1. Booking Confirmation

Taxi services are subject to vehicle availability. A booking will be considered confirmed only after our team contacts you through phone call, WhatsApp, email, or via our official website. Until confirmation is received, your booking request cannot be treated as a confirmed reservation.

2. Advance Payment

To secure your booking, an advance payment may be required, especially during weekends, public holidays, festival seasons, and peak tourist periods.

The remaining balance must be paid before or immediately upon completion of the trip unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed upon.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking by informing us in advance. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.

Last-minute cancellations, failure to arrive at the pickup location, or "No Show" bookings are not eligible for refunds.

4. Extra Charges for Fare and Other Fees

The quoted fare covers only the services confirmed during booking. Any additional travel requested after confirmation may result in extra charges.

Parking charges, toll fees, state permits, sightseeing entry tickets, waiting charges, and any other expenses requested by the customer will be charged separately unless explicitly included in the booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including pickup location, destination, travel date, contact number, and number of passengers.

Passengers are also responsible for taking care of their personal belongings during the journey. Kodai Book My Taxi shall not be responsible for any lost or forgotten items inside the vehicle.

6. Community Action and Driver & Vehicle Policy

Our drivers are experienced, professionally trained, and committed to providing a safe and comfortable travel experience. Customers are requested to treat our drivers with respect and cooperate throughout the journey.

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, use of illegal drugs, or any unlawful activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any customer violating these rules may have their trip terminated without any refund.

7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Kodai Book My Taxi shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, roadblocks, landslides, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

While we always make every effort to minimize delays and provide timely service, we cannot guarantee arrival times under unavoidable situations.

8. Changes to Booking

Any changes made after booking confirmation, including pickup location, destination, travel date, travel route, sightseeing places, or additional travel requests, may result in extra charges based on the revised itinerary.

Customers are requested to inform us as early as possible regarding any changes so that suitable arrangements can be made.
